Yes, it is all true. We advertise using only our 800 number. We get most of our calls off of 5 sources. They are The Real Estate Book full color ad, The Home Buyers Guide magazine ad, Our 800 sign rider, the front of our flyer and finally the list of homes on the back of our flyer with our 800 # listed there. We do not put prices on any of these so they must call in to get the information. With the numbers of calls that we are getting, I am converting them at a rate of about 9% to face to face appointments each month. I am very pleased with the results. I started using in May 2005, and I was overwhelmed with the number of calls I received from just advertising in one home magazine. I know now that I burned many, many leads, because I was just overcome with the sheer volume of calls! (I would handle them differently now ..) Dear Gary,

Just started using your service. We are in the process of putting up sign riders on our 75+ listings. Thanks for the good info. and scripts in this letter regarding building report without scaring the buyer off with the buyer rep. "contract". I think this makes very good sense and I will utilize it with my team. The 24 hour recorded message is a definite winner with sellers. It's funny, I used this a long time ago with some success, but I am seeing it in a little different light now.

The tip about calling within 30 minutes after receiving an inquiry will make a very big difference. Today one of our sellers after calling the 24 hr hotline on his own home, received a call back from my team within about 10 minutes. After talking for a few minutes to Jim on my team, he said "You've made a believer out of me!" That was music to my ears! I hope to see a lot more success coming. I believe this will help us increase our bottom line and to break the 300 mark this year.

We are a brand new real estate company as of March 06. We bought your system because we were having NO success going up against the "big guys" in our market. We were getting the appointments, but they were getting the listings. We decided to try your script and got our first listing. We had to go buy a sign and the next day when we were putting the sign in the yard with the 800 # and an extension. I had set up an extension that only said " this is where I will put a description in for 216 union ave." As we were driving away from the house- before reaching the end of the street my phone began ringing notifying me that someone had listened to the extension. I hurried back to the office and recorded my first one- it sounded horrendous. We had 18 calls on that in the next 48 hours- we showed it several times and got an offer within the first 4 days on the market. Our first house listed and under contract all within 5 days. We were in trouble with the MLS as we had never even entered a listing in the system before , they were calling us back to help us get it in correctly- by the time it was entered correctly- we had a contract.

Now we have 4 listings in 3 weeks-- the system is working very well

Following our phone conversation earlier today please find my comments regarding one of the phone calls I received this morning on my 1 800 number.

Shortly before 9.00 am this morning I received a text message from my Proquest service system. As I usually do, I grabbed my phone desk and dialed within a minute the number with full name and address that had appeared on my cell's screen.

The person who answered my phone call was a little confused about who was calling. I calmly told him my name and company name and that he had called me on one of my advertising. Surprised he told me that he had in fact called several companies for information and that he was still waiting for them to call him back!

Really surprised about how fast I was able to answer his phone call, I was able to keep him on the phone for at list ten minutes and built a solid report with him.

True, he told me that he was looking to purchase a new house and that he has also a house he wants to sale. Bottom line by providing a fast professional approach to that phone call I made a strong lead for maybe two commissions checks!

Thank you for all your help. As a new agent I am trying to get my hands on the things that produce results. Your system does just that! I took a long weekend and decided to learn how to use Proquest. I really didn’t need the whole weekend but, I really wanted to know as much as possible before I put the system to use. I setup the greeting in less than 2 minutes and have followed your advice about practicing the advertising before I call in the recording. As you can tell by my first month phone bill (just over $8). I asked for listings in my office so I could run the home ad magazine and everyone was more than happy for me to advertise for them. Of course I got the feedback that this does not produce good results but I am moving forward. I started putting the 800 number on my flyers and even though my flyers were thorough I began receiving calls. I had the script down and my first call has produced a purchase and a listing (the system just paid for itself). I will let you know how it goes when my advertising starts next week….

WOW!!!

I just read through the Quick Start guide and am simply amazed! This is the way I want to do real estate. I got into this business to offer a service to people -- not badger them with calls and mailings that they didn't want or need. This stuff is magic! I have no listings, and your idea of borrowing other agent’s listings for ads is fantastic! (Why didn't I think of that??? Because someone else is already advertising them, so why should I expect to get the calls from my ads instead of them going to the more widely known agent's? -- You've answered that question.)

In the past two years I have spent nearly $10,000 on various methods, coaching and advertising in an attempt to grow my business. None of them have worked because they're not me, don't offer customers something they want or plain don't have an answer for bringing in leads (I'm new to the area and don't know a great number of people who want to do business).

This system is something I can get truly excited about and feel I am truly giving customers a service they want and need.

I've run two classified ads in the local paper and put out three yard signs with my 800 number and extensions on them.  In just two weeks I've had two upgrade my cell phone plan because I ran out of minutes.  The experience has sort of stunned me. 

To date:  131 notifications; of those approximately 25 made direct contact;  resulting in one contract and 14 qualified buyers.  I haven't even attempted following up the notifications.  Too overwhelming to think about what may happen.

I'm grateful that I'll be on vacation for the next two weeks that I might regroup, consult with Proquest, and come back ready for all the action.

It’s been the best part of the year since I signed up with you, and I have to say the results are tremendous.

My business has doubled this year, quite an achievement since I’ve been selling real estate since 1991!

The amazing thing is currently I’m implementing just a few parts of the program, with 2005 just around the corner I’ve made a few raise the bar goals. In 2004 my gross closed commissions have reached the $250,000 level. Next year $500,000. By the way in 2004 I also achieved taking 4 vacations of at least one week and numerous mini vacations. I’ve estimated the time off has been around 2 and a half months , so doubling my income, increasing my vacation time and working less. All this for about $100 per month for your service?

Gary , please please increase your prices to $1000 per month, if other local agents finally wake up like I did and could get this whole thing for a hundred a month, I may have to work harder.

I've been with my real estate office for about 5 years. I was part time at my office until this year when I quit my full time job to become a full time realtor. I've done the cold calls and did my mail outs. With today's "cease and desist" and "Do Not Call Lists" I needed a new approach. I know from watching the other old timers that marketing yourself in ads worked but without an edge I would get lost in the pages of realtors claiming that they're number 1. I discovered a link from the February edition of the REALTOR magazine to a website that eventually led me to this new lead generation system that would have callers call me. So, with a little hesitation, I read on and eventually signed up. My system was immediately activated and I got a print out of instructions and a website to start setting up my system. By the time I received the ProQuest package with even more marketing tips I was set up and demonstrating the system to my partner. I love your system .. simply as it is. And because it is so simple, it allows me to focus on doing at least one thing per day .. and that's getting out flyers and postcards with all kinds of opportunities for people to call me about. I promoted around my company's listings with information and geographical where I preferred to be. In the2 weeks I listed 4 homes using your system... and then I sold them creating bidding wars with flyers, using the system. Easiest thing I ever did. I didn't even know the people. I used to do 12,000/per day automated telemarketing calls for business and it was wonderful then came the DNC issues. I was out of business until I found this system.

I can’t tell you how excited I am with my ProQuest system.

I’m a new agent – became active about 10 weeks ago. My biggest fear entering the industry was how would I get leads - I hate cold calls, it’s like setting myself up for rejection!

The ProQuest system was promoted to me by two very successful real estate consultants within my firm. After some hesitation, mostly from having to make the financial investment; I took a step out on faith and decided to base my success on the success of others. My return on investment can’t be calculated at this time but I’ll be sure to give you an update as I expect it to be substantial!

In 2000 we closed 180 transaction sides and set a goal for 2001 at 275.  A large part of our setting such a lofty goal was the experience on the 1st ad we ran with your system that generated over a 500% increase in the number of inquiries over previous ads.

I was first introduced to this type of technology by you when you were working with another company. I was a little skeptical at first but thought it made a lot of sense. I can honestly say that the 800# technology is the most impressive marketing technique that I have in my listing representation.

Hello Gary - I want to thank you for your great service. I have been a firm believer in 24-hour recorded marketing messages for many years. At one time, I had seven telephone lines in my house, all with answering machines. These were limited to very short messages, but any time I had to say the same thing over and over again, I would record a message and people would call, without fear of being sold. It worked.

Then I graduated to individual voice mailboxes. (I had sixteen) These were better because I could leave longer messages and they were more dependable. But this got to be expensive and I really could not track where my calls were coming from and I did not know how many people were calling. I only knew how many responded to the messages. Now, with your system, I have one 800 phone number, more extensions than I will use (for a while anyway), I can record any length message that I need and with the tracking digit, I know how many calls my ads are drawing and from what source. This alone has allowed me to determine where to better spend my money. I have stopped advertising in some publications and increased my marketing in others. I know if the ad is working, do I get phone calls. Is the recorded message working? Do I get responses? This is powerful information to know.

I'm really excited about the Proquest program. The first month that I had it

We have been using Pro-Quest for six weeks and it is dynamite. Our calls from our newspaper ads have more than tripled. We have already closed several contracts from clients who responded to the ads and are working with numerous others.

Our numbers may not seem impressive to others because we are in a small town and do not have the system fully implemented yet, however, we obtained more listing and sales contracts in the first month using the system than in the previous three months combined.

All of our agents are excited about the increased number of calls and the positive client response to being called back. I highly recommend the system.

Hi Gary --

Great to hear from you...I have done a couple of things lately that have
reaped some great rewards. The ad liners that you were talking about were 2 ads in our local paper, The Columbus Dispatch. I and a local builder put two ads in that were approximately 10 lines long with some bold headings..."Award Winning Design" and "Move Up to Luxury". Like I said, they were about 10 lines long right inside the classified areas...no pictures, Sunday paper only. By 4:00 p.m. that afternoon, while I was depressed about my Vikings getting ripped up by the Giants, my business was winning with 37 hits on those two ads. By Monday Afternoon, 1:00 p.m., I had 91 hits, 7 appointments with hot buyers and 17 that wanted me to keep in touch with them via my Scouting Report. By the way, I just listed a house for $185,000 and will be representing these buyers in their "move up" home for $300,000+. The total cost of both ads were about $275. Not bad, I think I more than made up for it...and you are right, Dominion Homes paid for it!

I also tested your Market Evaluation offer, I put it in our community papers. It came out to three major communities, about 23000 household exposure. The total cost was $43. I have 1 new listing from it worth $210,000 and 3 more clients that I am working with currently. A total of 7 responses on that little ad. I ran it for two weeks, it comes out only once a week. Once again, not bad.

The final ad liners were this past weekend. I put out two ad liners in
Sunday’s paper, no bold headings, simple ad within many ads and by 5:00 p.m. Friday, I had 21 hits on those ads. The total ad cost was $35.

The bottom line, no matter what you do in these ad liners, the cost is
non-existent compared to the results. It will be the best money you will
ever spend in your business. It gets you to the customers directly and the
results are FACT!

This is the second time that I have sent this so I hope that it goes through this time. First I want to say that I am very happy with your Proquest system. Like anything else it needs to be worked to see results.

I live and work in a resort area so the vast majority of my calls are from out of state clients. From the time I make contact, it may be months before the people come into town. This requires good and continuous follow up on my part. I presently have about a dozen contacts that should be coming out for a visit within the next six months. So far I have had three closed sales from my Proquest leads. One of those sales was for $680,000 and the commission from that alone has more than paid for my Proquest expenses.

I also very much appreciate the support that you and your company give. I enjoy your monthly newsletter and have had immediate response from you when I have had questions or problems. I would highly recommend your service to anyone that does not live in my area.

Dear Gary,

Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how pleased I am with your product. It has delivered exactly what you advertised it would. As a sales tool it has generated as many as 90 buyer calls in a one month period, and I believe if I really work with it a little more I could generate a lot more responses.

As a listing tool it is very impressive to potential clients. Not only can you demonstrate how it works, and they physically see their phone number paging you, but when they see the print out showing them 90 calls in a one month time, you pretty much blow away any other agent they may be interviewing.

When I use the verbiage you provide, together with direct mailers, I am almost guaranteed call backs. I have used direct mailers to apartment complexes together with a no money down program my investor put together, and had a phenomenal response.

I would highly recommend the Pro Quest system to anyone who wants to have another tool for generating leads.

I received a call at 9:30 on a Saturday night. The excited woman said she was sorry to call so late on a Sat. but she had called my 800 number and listened to a perfect description of her dream home and could I show them, she and her husband, the home early Sunday. I did and I wrote a contract for $248,000, which was accepted. I had both ends of this sale in just one week of the listing.

I become a client of the 800 program about 1 month ago , on the first week I put my 800 number in one of the newspaper ads that didn't generate any calls for the last three months not even one! that Sunday this ad generate about 17 calls !! so I put the 800 number in the rest of my ad and the leads keep coming !! I also use the 800 presentation and got two listing on the first week, now I am putting this number on all my marketing materiel and soon my business be auto pilot
